Management Company/Apartment Complex seeking licensed A/C maintenance technician with EPA certification. Duties include: -A/C troubleshooting, repair, replaced/install -Maintenance Work Orders (ex: unclogging sinks/toilets, repairing appliances, replacing door/mailbox locks, replacing faucets, checking/replacing hot water heaters, etc.) -Maintaining grounds, picking up trash -Unit flips (readying units after move outs for new move ins) Unit flips may include: installing flooring/cabinetry/vanities, painting, drywall work, cleaning, etc.) Applicant must have own tools and transportation. Work will be completed on multiple sites/complexes.
