Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for a wide variety of Distribution Center duties, including receiving, product movements, processing, order picking and packaging. All team members are responsible to ensure Workplace Safety, Organic Safety and in compliance with all Safety standards. Additionally, there are various warehouse activities that are assigned and can be improved with the team members. Position Description: Loading and Unloading trucks and trailers. Assist in completion of Receiving of Inbound Products Examine stock for damaged or missing products Restocking and Organizing Safely moving stock around by hand or using a Pallet Jack & Stand-Up Forklift Picking and packing orders Ensures all orders assigned are picked with accuracy, packaged professionally and reports challenges Prepare orders for shipping with Shipping Courier Software Kitting Components & Assembly General Warehouse maintenance / Manual Labor Inventory Control (Assist in Inventory counts as directed) Prepare and stage All Domestic and International Shipments Analyze reports, identify issues, and provide thorough analysis. Multi-tasking from assembly, packing and shipping in a rapidly changing environment. Maintain a safe and clean work area by keeping workstations neat, complying with safety protocols. Follows all processes and procedures for tasks assigned. Adheres to safety guidelines and recommendations Reports Incidents immediately to Supervisor or Manager Sort and Stock materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
