Full time maintenance manager needed on Binghamton's westside. Must have adequate working experience, valid drivers license, tools and reliable transportation. This is a hands on management position of a maintenance crew of two. Maintenance includes diagnosing problems and making repairs. Plumbing, electrical and boiler systems are a must. Must be available for emergency on call once every three weeks. Additional compensation for all after hours calls. Must be able to manage and delegate all work orders/employees efficiently.
