Hello Neighbors! Let me help you draw in some new curious customers to your unused or underutilized retail space! There is no use in just letting a blank store front sit there. Let me temporally breathe some new life into it! I am the owner of Eclectic Upgrades here in Uptown and I’ve had great success online by restoring and upcycling furniture, vintage clothing and one of a kind home furnishings for the past year. All of which has been meticulously curated and stored in my very tiny basement. While selling online sure costs a lot less, it generally takes considerably longer to sell such major pieces like furniture on a cell phone screen. This has proved to me that in person - human interaction is the tried and true selling strategy for my quirky arsenal of offerings. Ideally the run would be anywhere between 2 weeks and 1 month OR forever if the stars align :) Im a conscious collaborator and am no stranger to these temporary spaces. With that said, I want to ensure you that I will be present, respectful of your space and eager to promote your brand or establishment as well.
