Hey community, My name is Kyle, I am a 28 year old artisan looking for a new home up the mountain. I spent the last 6 months in Santa Fe, NM renting a small studio and I would love to find something similar soon. Budget ~$1k I have consistent income through my art sales. I would also be open to tending land and doing maintenance/ work trade to help cover rent. I am quite handy, respectful, and keep to myself.. Have a female black lab who is my best friend & a total sweetheart. I don’t come with any baggage or drama!
