We have an immediate opening for an administrative assistant with 2-5 years’ experience. This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, calendar management, internal and external communications, meeting organization, event planning, and handling special projects as needed. This is a customer-focused position that requires the ability to work with people both inside and outside the organization, anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position requires a self-starter with a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
