Disabled vet needs help with belt on van

I am a disabled vet having problems with trying to get my van going I got the tension pulley on but now I need someone that can help me get the serpentine belt back on because I don’t have the strength to pull the tension and put the belt on please let me know if you can help me just get the belt back on so I can drive my van
