Now Hiring – Brand Ambassadors – Winter Haven, FL. – Saturdays 6a-2p We are looking for great personalities who enjoy working outdoors in a sometimes fast paced but very fun environment. Foodies, culinary students and dessert enthusiasts encouraged to apply. Previous experience is very helpful but not necessary as we are seeking drive, motivation, great people skills, and great work ethic over experience. We are offering growth opportunities with our start up to any individual that thrives, shares our passion and wants to join our family. This position requires you to have an insured vehicle large enough to transport booth set up supplies and product to sell. Being bilingual in Spanish and is helpful but not required. Our product lines are in Spanish so the willingness to learn some of the language is something we look for. We like to have fun and our booth set up is very interactive and customer-centric and thus big personalities are encouraged to apply. We also look for candidates that have previous special events, convention, trade show, farmers market experience. Which would be very helpful within this role. As a Brand Ambassador your responsibilities and tasks are but not limited to, as follows: Set-Up Pick up materials, Pop-up tent, banner, tables, display, coolers, weights (up to 50 lb) POS station, water bowls, set everything up and send verification pictures Customer Service Greeting folks who are walking by, Introducing and explaining our products, “multi-guesting” (attending several guests at once), Sampling (We are very sampling intensive), and making our patrons feel welcome and appreciated. Sales Detailed product knowledge is essential to this role. We are a bakeshop specializing in Flan. The product sells itself, your role as a brand ambassador is to know your stuff and be able to answer all our guests’ questions without hesitation. (You must have a smart phone with Bluetooth capabilities and data service in order to use our POS app) Breakdown Break down booth, count inventory, drop off This is a 1099 position which pays $100 a day, plus tips, plus mileage as this position requires traveling from a central location to event site.
