Gut and refinish bathrooms

I have two bathrooms that need to be refinished. One is approximately 6x6 the other is the size of a closet approximately 3x6. The smaller 3x6 bathroom I would like to remove a wall to make it 2 feet bigger so it is @ 6x5 there is only a toilet and a sink but I would like to add a stand-up shower There are some other small framing jobs to be done with a closet but that can be discussed Job is in Rahway. There is currently a tenant living there so it can can be seen any day between 4pm and 530pm. Please respond with an approximate estimate of what you think this might cost I don't want to waste anyone's time.
