Caregiver/Domestic Helper needed. Interviewing immediately. Seeking experienced, mature woman for permanent, part-time, position. No medical license required. 16-20+ hours weekly, starting at 11:00am, Monday-Friday, daytime only, FIRM. No evenings or weekends. Major holidays off. Starting pay $10-11+ hourly with increases & occasional bonuses based on several factors: must be hard working, dependable, reliable, trustworthy, respectful, loyal, have good communication, quality work, good work ethic, attention to detail. Good attendance mandatory. Background check, drug testing and clear covid test results required. If you feel you might fail any of these, please do not apply. Mask and gloves required as well. Must have excellent references, they will be checked. Duties include food prep, cooking skills, general housekeeping and maintenance, dusting, quarterly deep cleaning, vacuuming, use carpet cleaner if spills occur, laundry, dishes, appliance cleaning, bathrooms, mirrors, glass doors, keep porches cleaned off as well as patio and outside furniture, keep plants watered, special projects and anything else around the house that might come up. Attention to detail an absolute must. Be able to listen carefully and complete tasks as directed. Must be friendly and personable. You MUST BE HONEST, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE and on time to work. Ethnicity no issue but must be able to communicate very clearly in English. Attention to this next section will help determine your interview success depending on how well you pay attention to detail and following direction. Come to interview with list of most recent 4 employers, beginning with most recent and working backwards from there, complete with job title, job description, beginning & ending dates of employment, why you left and contact information for each. Also bring 4 other references, describe your relationship to each of them, how long they've known you, along with contact information. Make sure you have permission to use them as a reference. Either typed or hand written ok, but must be completely neat, organized and legible. Write about yourself and your personal attributes as it relates to your ability to be pleasant, friendly, compassionate, understanding, empathetic, patient, and caring. Add any additional information you think I should know about you. Do you have children, husband, etc. What is your transportation situation? I know this may be a big request of you, but please realize at this point you are a stranger to me asking to come into my home. So, this is my way of doing my due diligence in hiring for this position. This is NOT a cash job. You will have the same tax deductions as any other employer. No smokers.
