Workshop Assistant needed - College Students Welcome

We're looking for part-time workshop assistants for various production tasks in an indoor workshop for between 20 to 30 hours/week. You must provide your own transportation and will be paid out via cash or paypal weekly. The primary qualification for this job is to have an interest in the field of Nerf, as this is our primary work and we will also be attending games/events and discussing the topic regularly. Any experience with tools and engineering/design is a plus but not a requirement. This is a detail orientated but relatively relaxed work environment located in a basement workshop, we will be working together in the same space and listening to music or podcasts (suggestions are welcome). Tasks will include 3D printing, machining, assembly, calibration, packaging, sweeping, etc. The entire job revolves around making these toy nerf blasters and its related gadgets: My goal is for you to become independent to the point of being able to operate independently without my prescience. Getting along in the workshop is just as important as getting the job done, so often we'll play video/board games and attend events outside of work throughout the week. Not mandatory, but highly recommended. Wages scale depending on your skills relative to mine, but typically rise to $15/hr if we get along well in the first few days, then the scales can increase from there depending on your overall proficiency.
