HFH Management is looking for a Maintenance person with the ability in “Make readies” for new tenants, and do flips on homes that are newly added to our portfolio. Each year we do a number of major renovations to properties as well as ongoing maintenance on others. We are currently looking for a worker and helper on these, with the hope that we can find a long term, contract based Handyman to take on the normal maintenance on the properties we manage. We do long term fixes and prefer a hack-free environment. Job: mid level skill in basic home maintenance: painting, trim plumbing ( changing faucets, changing valves, repairing leaks), trim electrical (changing Plugs and switches), hanging blinds, drywall repair, basic landscaping and sprinkler repair, general repair of stuff. Requirements: Good communication and the ability to speak with tenants, co workers, and owners. Own basic hand tools and basic power tools Vehicle. Ability to work independently keep track of hours and material costs. Limitations: Drug and addiction free workplace. Drama free workplace. Please send a resume.
