Team Lead: A Spray-Net Tampa Bay Team Leader leads, motivates, and directs a team to achieve goals that contribute to the growth and success of the business. The team leader will work closely with Production, Ownership and Clients, to ensure we deliver on our commitments. Must have +2 years’ experience working in home improvement or related field in a managerial/team role. Hourly starting range: $20 - $25 / hour : Paint Technician and Assistant Paint Technician: A Spray-Net Tampa Bay Paint Technician is a vital part of the production team. It is their job to lead paint production on the jobsite to ensure a quality finished product that is executed in a timely and efficient manner. Proficiency in using a spray gun or similar construction experience. Hourly starting range: $20 - $25.
