Property management looking for a master plumber to resolve a kitchen demo w/ permit for DoB compliance.
1. Supersede an existing plumbing permit to cap/remove (already done) and bring the boiler room up to current code.
2. Perform the gas pressure test (asbestos test was done) per compliance.
3. Adjustments to boiler room of house for code compliance as needed.
4. Properly close the permit w/ insp visit.
A permit was opened but expired, the prior job lapsed during covid and didn't close out. Re-opening the job
to close it out.
Pay can be broken down into
1. permit fees and clearing inspection.
2. specific fees for ordering/completing gas pressure test.
3. labor and materials for specific plumbing work.
We property manage professionally and have ongoing work.
This work should be familiar to master plumber that do work relating to DoB plumbing insp and codes, leave best reachable contact and will follow up.
Have 2 bids and looking for 3rd, to sort out starting work soon.
