Several Full time Maintenance position available
Must be able to make a long term commitment. These jobs will turn into a salary w full benefits. 35hours /week.
Maintenance Level 1 - Cleaning, sterilize mop, sweep, buff, maintain building = $15/hr
Maintenance Level 2 - Should know painting, Spackle, light plumbing (change faucets), light electrical experience, change fixtures or switches = 16/hr
Superintendent Maint III - Should have Super experience. (S12, 13 and other licenses are required) = $58,500/yr
Both open jobs are M-F 9-5
Must clear background checks that will be done before job can start.
