Moving Company seeking responsible highly motivated individual for a part time position with competitive pay. (gratuities are common and provide great addition to an hourly rate) - Must be able to lift heavy furniture 50-100 lbs - Must be able to manage the moving crew and projects. - Must be physically able to maneuver large heavy furniture items in order to safely transfer them through tight spaces - Friendly and Positive customer service attitude - Experience in furniture disassembly, wrapping, assembly and set up - Must be able to drive a box truck 18-26 ft (non CDL) - Punctual (must be able to report to a base start location by 7 am in Long Island City) - Organized (need to maintain paperwork and truck in order) - Experience in the field is highly preferred - Responsible (no shows without notice will not be tolerated) Qualified individuals will be subject to a background check, driving record verification and will be required to have a NYDOT medical card.
