looking for housekeeper/elder help

I am looking for an organized person to do a variety of tasks starting from 10 till around 3 I have an elderly mother who would need help driving her to places like the senior center and also keeping an eye on her and teaching her basic stuff on the ipad. I also have a 12 week old golden puppy and will occasionally need help keeping an eye on her. The person needs to be punctual and super organized. They should be willing to clean up and help with chores.
