NEEDED TRUE CRAFTSMAN 2 HELP RESTORE BATHROOM

I need a carpenter/craftsman to completely rebuid a bathroom in Concord,N.C.(a block off hwy 49). The bathroom is approximately 8'x7' in size. There is no floor in the bathroom and all sheetrock has been removed, its bare bones. The bathroom will need to have floor joists(two or three) and the back joist against the wall. Will need to replace some wall framing(all exposed & about seven feet each). Already have most of the materials(toilet, bathtub etc) and will supply any materials that is needed. Carpenter will need a generator for there is no power at the house. I would like who ever takes this job to be quality minded and be a straight cutter if you know what I mean. The house is being redone and there can be much work in the future for someone that does the work right(Quality). Please no Irish Travelers or con artists, this work is being done for my nearly 90 year old dad and he was done wrong by a contractor not so long ago. It would be nice to see some pictures of work done in the past by whom ever replies.
