CONSTRUCTION LABORER: Seeking 3 to 5 reliable, hardworking individuals for full time work in construction. QUALIFICATIONS: § At least 3 years of construction experience or working knowledge of the trades - plumbing, electrical, hvac. Experience must also include site clean-up/demo, painting, sheetrock, tile, carpentry, framing, and siding. § MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION TO JOB SITE(S). § If you have your own tools that is a plus. REQUIREMENTS ** Drug free ** Ability to work secure jobsites (clean background) ** Valid driver's license with no serious offenses within the last 5 years. FIELD SITE SUPERVISOR: Seeking a reliable, detail oriented, hardworking individual for full time position. QUALIFICATIONS: § Driver's License (required). Valid driver's license with no serious offenses within the last 5 years. § Construction Experience: 5 years. Experience with construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and managing installations. § Must be drug free REQUIREMENTS ** Knowledge of all aspects of residential building: framing, concrete, drywall, cabinetry, finish trim work, tile, etc. and familiarity with commercial building ** Must be able to read and interpret architectural drawings and design renderings ** Supervises all subcontractors, trade partners, and vendors daily. This supervision will ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed. ** Direct, supervise and mentor field personnel to complete projects in accordance with plans, specifications, and company policies. ** Manage clients, regulators, subcontractors, and project management team to achieve project goals. ** Management of site activities and site safety in accordance with company policies and client expectations ** On-site coordination for all phases of residential home construction, including coordinating subcontractors, trade partners, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
