Description

In this class we combine Yoga, Pilates, and strength. Bring a mat, a water bottle, and a set of 2 to 3 lb weights. All levels welcome. This class will focus on building strength, toning the arms, thighs, butt, and abs, as well as improving balance and flexibility.
