Hello everyone, I am currently looking for a caring, compassionate, responsible, CDPAP Home Care Personal Assistant. I have Day and Night Shifts, 7 days a week Available. I am currently registered with South Shore Home Health/Addus. CDPAP registration with South Shore Home Health/Addus is a plus but not a necessity. No schooling or licensing required. I have a Spinal Cord Injury and I am a full time wheelchair user. There is no heavy lifting as I have a power ceiling lift I use for transfers, and I have an accessible van for transportation. I live in Huntington NY 11743 in a private home with no pets and no children, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Huntington Village. I am a very active upbeat person with a positive attitude, looking to form a long lasting relationship with the right person to help me live at home as independently as possible, and enjoy life!
