Bring your own mat and towel, and we will provide the rest. 50 minutes of high energy fun to give you a taste of what the real MECHA classes are all about. We will perform various squats, lunges, core work and upper body work with resistance bands and sliders. All provided to safely and effectively burn out each muscle group. Class will end with a calming 10 minute stretch to leave you feeling both worked and refreshed.
