Experienced with your own basic tools is needed for the driver's position. no experience is needed for the general laborer position. This job does installation work, building, roofing, framing. Lead Installers (DRIVERS) are responsible for, • Running individual job sites and completing jobs. • Loading up the truck and trailer with materials needed for the job • Maintaining high-quality workmanship. • Following the established installation processes. • Follow all established safety practices. • Assign job duties to your helper • Ensure trucks are stocked with all materials needed to complete projects. • Keep the team productive and on task.
