Guitar player here, 30s, looking to jump in a situation, or start something fresh with some like-minded players. I lean towards indie, post-punk, Americana/alt country, shoegazey/psychedelic rock, and wish to play mostly energetic/uptempo live music. Although I love a wide array of music, if I had to narrow down some bands to draw from, they might be Television, Wilco, The Dandy Warhols, The Stones/60s mod bands, early Smashing Pumpkins maybe. I’m keen on playing originals, and I’m prepared to contribute tunes and trade off lead vocal if necessary. For guitar I like rhythm duties, but can play lead too. I’ve been in touring bands, but looking to play locally as my family and I have settled in northwest Vermont. Pro gear and attitude, can commit to scheduled rehearsals.
