Join the Greater New York Associate Board of Young Professionals for Yoga By The Water to benefit the American Liver Foundation.
On Thursday, September 9th from 6:30 – 8 PM we’ll unwind with some relaxing yoga right by the water at Pier 63 – Hudson River Park.
Let’s take some time out to care for ourselves, and do good for others at the same time. As the sun sets, we’ll practice warrior pose, pigeon pose and many more, bringing the day to a calm and healthy close.
This event is free to attend. We ask that you register in advance and consider making a $20 donation for the event to the American Liver Foundation to support research to cure liver diseases. Registrations and donations can be made at liverab.org/yoga.
