Team Leader need for floor maintenance and window cleaning services:
Must be proficient in window cleaning and maintaining various types of tile and floor covering, including carpets. Must demonstrate the skills to strip and wax floors, buff floors using up-to-date methods and equipment. Must demonstrate the skills to clean windows using window cleaning squeegees and poles. Must have experience in supervising janitorial service crews. Must provide references. Must be able to pass drug and criminal background checks.
