Lightly guided singing bowl meditation with Mz. Lane. When the Sun and the Moon are aligned on opposite sides of the Earth, a full moon is created. The full moon is symbolic in many different cultures and belief systems, and is associated with illumination, truth, and transition, among other meanings. Come bathe in the healing vibrations created by Mz. Lane with her crystal singing bowls, and sink into a state of deep relaxation with this hour-long, lightly guided sound meditation. Mz. Lane has been practicing Soundbath Therapy since 2018.
