Learn empowering life saving skills to take with you everywhere you go! Ladies, bring yourselves and your daughters to this class! Taught by a veteran law enforcement officer and a Chief Instructor 3rd degreee Black Belt. The class will be a participation class an hour and a half long. Learn practicle, effective self defense skills and gain confidence in a fun safe environment.
