Punch it out with Real Mom of SFV at BoxUnion Sherman Oaks! Jen is co-hosting a fun FREE boxing class. Beginners are welcome! We will meet at 8am to take a quick tour, get our lockers, sign waivers and take a pre-workout group photo. The instructor will go over some instructions (just with our group) so that you can feel confident when we step into the studio to workout on the heavy bags. Note: The class will start at 8:30am and face masks will be required inside of the studio. BoxUnion will provide FREE boxing gloves (rental) but you will need to bring your own hand wraps or you can purchase them at the front desk or from Amazon beforehand. The hand wraps are inexpensive and will protect your hands. After the class, we will meet out on the front patio for a sweaty selfie! Then I will raffle off a $50 shop card/gift card from Athleta Sherman Oaks! Each attendee will receive a goodie bag from Athleta.
