Foreman needed for residential maintenance crew working in retirement communities of Sun City West and Sun City Grand. - Must have experience as lead man with knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, tool maintenance. - Good customer service skills and attention to detail are important as you will be responsible for ensuring customers get the service they require. - Must have AZ Drivers license, reliable transportation to work, and experience towing a trailer. This is a full-time, year-round position. We do not work weekends. We do not do lawns. We provide high quality, detailed yard service: precision shaping of shrubs, proper seasonal tree trimming, maintenance of irrigation systems, meticulous clean-up and blowing and raking rock yards.
