Re homing Great Dane

This is Hercules my 3 and a half year old purebred Great Dane. He is such a beautiful dog and we love him so much but I believe he’s gotten so stressed out during our moves and my husband’s deployment he’s lost his “Gentle Giant” personality. He spent his first year and a half of life with my son (their the same age) and our border collie German shepherd mix dog and he loved them both. Due to our move we had to give our friend our other dog and we moved in with my in laws during my husbands 2nd deployment. There Hercules lived with another Great Dane a true Gentle Giant and a German shorthair pointer, he attacked my in laws pointer twice so my mom agreed to take him in and a couple months into him living there he bit her 11 year old shitzu because she was in heat and using his leg. After that my husband got out of the marine corps and we moved here. We’ve gotten a puppy and he hates him, a couple nights ago he snapped out of no where and bit our puppy and made him bleed. Because of this behavior I no longer trust him around my son or any other child. He is healthy, he’s never been sick. He’s fixed, he has his own huge metal crate. If there’s no dogs around he will never need the kennel. We keep him inside because he hates being alone outside. He hates loud noises. During the 4th of July when we would need to leave we would have to kennel him. We learned that the hard way after he scratched up our floor and doors. Other than all those things he’s the best dog. If it was just me I would never consider getting rid of him. He is such an awesome guard dog he only barks if there’s someone at the door.
