Plus Tip potential for exceptional service! * Ability to communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing with customers, peers and leadership. * Professional attitude and demeanor at all times. * Ability to work in a team setting and communicate with others while lifting and carrying items. * Ability to pack and unpack moving trucks efficiently and effectively as trained. * Ability to analyze, properly categorize, and prioritize moving items so that trucks are packed to maximum efficiency. It’s like playing life-size Tetris! * Properly wrap/pack, lift, load, move, and unload all furniture and goods to prevent damage or injuries. * Ability to efficiently, effectively, and carefully pack commercial and residential clients with a focus on positive referrals and repeat business. * Ability to help plan and execute moving strategies. * Must have reliable transportation to and from work. * Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and random drug screens. * Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds or more repeatedly. * Represent Move Eaze appropriately and interact positively with customers under a variety of conditions and circumstances. * Record of being reliable and punctual.
