RAWR is a small raw cat food company in Jingletown Oakland. We need help with production and packaging of our product. We currently are available throughout pet stores in 6 states and are looking for a team member to help get our product manufactured and shipped out! Schedule: 25 hours per week Tuesday thru Thursday 9-5 Occasional Monday or Friday shift with advance notice. Job Duties: - Food Prep: weigh ingredients (chicken, chicken organs etc) and log weight of each item - Labeling & Packaging: label containers, lid containers and help keep the production line running smoothly. - Dishwashing & Cleaning: Dishwashing, assisting in washing and sanitizing machinery and equipment and taking out trash What we’re looking for: - Ability to lift 40-50 lbs unassisted - Ability to use a scale and log and track items - On time and reliable - Move fluidly from one task to another and understand what is a priority - Interest in keeping our space clean and looking sharp - Someone with no aversion to raw meat Pay: - $17-18/ hr doe - Pay increase after 30 day training period Requirements: - Able to work in the US and have documentation to back this - Must be vaccinated for Covid -19 and be able to provide proof - non slip shoes worn during work hours We are ready to fill this position immediately.
