Description

I need an experienced landscaper to refresh the planters in the front of our building. 1. Pick up from Flora Grubb Gardens two 15G Yucca Elephantipes and enough succulent-appropriate soil for the front planters. Each of the yucca are approximately 4' tall and 20" wide. 2. Deliver everything to the building. Street parking is difficult but you can back up and park behind the gate in our driveway. 3. Remove all agave plants. Smaller ones may be replanted or, more likely, my neighbor may take them all. 4. Replace all dirt, roots and stones with fresh soil appropriate for succulents. 5. Haul away and properly dispose of all the existing dirt, roots and stones. 6. Replace agave plants in the front planter with the two yucca. 7. Clean out dirt and large dead plant from one 18" pot in the rear of the property. Chop it up, pull it out, and have the pot completely emptied of roots, dead leaves, and soil. Dimensions: 1. Driveway planters (Quantity 3) - Interior dimensions of each of them: 48" long x 9" wide x 5" tall 2. Front planter - Interior dimensions roughly 68" long x 25" wide x 23" high Equipment tools needed: 1. Truck 2. Shovels 3. Buckets to haul dirt 4. Broom and dust pan to clean up
