Looking for an experienced baker who has worked in a commercial kitchen and has used a commercial oven (not someone who loves to cook at home)Experience is essential. the job is pretty straight forward. Its Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night from 4-8 ish,. You assemble Quiches and then cook them off. They have to look great, be consistent and cooked properly,. Thats the main job,. u also clean your station and then help box them so we can sell them to grocery stores, farmers markets thruout the bay area and good eggs,... thats it pretty much. if you speak spanish that will come in handy
