Doors Open Baltimore presents a Ghost Tour of the MedChi Building
It is only fitting on this Halloween weekend that we introduce you the Medical & Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland, now called MedChi, and its resident ghost, Marcia Crocker Noyes. Marcia was the librarian at MedChi from 1896 to 1946, and she not only worked in the building, she lived there, too. The MedChi building was built in 1909 and the architects were Baltimore-based Ellicott & Emmart. The building contains office space, meeting rooms, and a four-story cast iron stacks library.
Parking on premise at 1204 Maryland Avenue. Please enter through the doors at 1211 Cathedral Street (next to Red Emma's).
