House flipper looking for reliable labor help

Hello, we flip homes in the Tacoma area and we do full scale remodels on them. We’re looking for general labor help skilled or unskilled (we can train the right person) that can assist in the following tasks: - framing - drywall and painting - flooring - door install and general home repairs - demo, clean up, landscaping - carpentry - and other handyman related tasks We can help if you are not licensed, etc. this will be a hire on position and you will be paid on the books of our company. You must be crime free, drug free, non slacker expecting to be paid for doing nothing. The basics. Please respond with your name, age, experience and why you would be a good fit.
