It is with a very heavy heart that I am looking to rehome my 2 year old pitbull heeler mix, Monty. Between my work and school schedule I am not able to accommodate Monty’s needs like I wish I could, and I want nothing but the best and happiest life for him. Monty will need a home with lots of space to play and will need a lot of attention. He is a high energy breed which requires a lot of dedication and time. Monty gets along with other dogs at the dog park, while camping, for play dates, etc. He would do best in a home with no other pets though, as he likes his own space. He would probably also do best in a home without kids due to his energy. He is food aggressive which has never caused an issue as I just leave him be while he eats and drinks.
