Looking for kitten or puppy

I’m looking to add a small animal to our family. A kitten or possibly a small breed puppy. Family of five. Two kids ages 9 & 10. Someone is always home to take care of our current cat, a girl. She’s very friendly. Large home. Fenced in back yard but our cats will be strictly indoors. I need any records of treatments so that my veterinarian doesn’t duplicate any. I will pay a small rehoming fee.
