I am in need of a location to have an Airbnb. My hope is you have a building/house/land available and I would design, maintain and list the property for people to rent out. If you have open land available we would collaborate in order to figure out what would best work on your land i.e. a tiny house, campground, RV, etc. Together we would sort out the rates for renting the space and what percentage each of us would get. I would also be open to just maintaining pre-existing airbnbs in nova, dc and Maryland.
