Record data. Adhere to established inventory and recipes for both prepared and purchased menu items Maintain high standards for FOH and BOH cleaning standards and verifying staff is maintaining these sanitation standards. Physical & Mental Job Requirements A Restaurant Manager job is both physically and mentally demanding. It requires you to be on your feet much of the time. You must work well under pressure and exercise tact and patience when dealing with employees and guests. Because the restaurant serves the public and is open on weekends and at night, you will work longer, irregular hours. The description of the physical demands and the work environment characteristics here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform and those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
