Press release from Jefferson State Community College: August 20, 2021 Jefferson State's Center for Workforce Education will host information sessions for those interested in the Healthcare and Information Technology academies. An information session about IT programs will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 25. IT programs include CompTIA A+ Certification Prep, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Full Stack Web Development with PHP, IT Help Desk Support Specialist, and Python. An information session about healthcare programs will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 26. Healthcare programs include Administrative Medical Assistant Prep, Certified Nursing Assistant Prep, Clinical Medical Assistant Prep, Dental Assistant, Medical Billing and Coding Certification Prep, Medication Aide, Medical Assistant for Vision/Ophthalmic, Patient Care Technician, Pharmacy Technician Certification Prep, Phlebotomy Certification Prep, and Sterile Processing.
