I am looking for a carpenter and master-of-all type handyman for a few weeks of work depending on your skills. Most important job will be replacing a kitchen floor which will require removal of cabinets, floor, laying one new 2x8 joist, new subfloor, new vinyl or lvp floor, reset cabinets. Another significant piece of work depending on your skillset would to overhaul a bathroom including new framing, new poured shower base, tiling, etc. Will pay $30/hr for one person or $40/hr if you prefer to show up with two.
