Looking for Laborers to help with the excavation, inspections, and treatment of wood utility poles. In service poles are to be dug to a depth of 18” around the entire pole, wherever feasible, and treated with wood preservatives both internally and externally. Must be willing to do hard work and move fast. Bonus paid based on weekly production counts and multiplied hourly, including time and 1/2– the more we do the more we make! I need hard workers who can handle being on the move all day performing strenuous activity in a fast paced environment. Must work safe! Beginners will help mostly with the digging at first with more job duties added on as you become more experienced. Must be willing to be away from home for 2-3 weeks and home 4-5 days.
