Hi, my friends 2001 BMW X5 became confused when an attempt to start the car with only half the key and no fob half of the key available. Car is currently in a no start no crank condition. Fob was repaired and reunited with the key and synced to work with the door locks etc but still has a no crank issue. I am seeking a BMW god or tech to assist him. Jim
