ONE DAY CATERING GIG! No food prep! 9/11

Hello! I have my dad’s Celebration of Life being held at The Loft at the Red Building in Astoria on 9/11/21. The food will be prepared and there but I cannot get caterers to help during the event! Desperately seeking a professional crew of 5-6 who can help me manage the food part. I need help with setting up, service, filling in, general cleaning up. The food is simple but I don’t want to have to worry about managing it. We are expecting about 125 or so. There is a kitchen at venue where food can be kept cold/warm. Pay is negotiable! If you have had catering experience and are professional and detail oriented - and can gather a team you can manage - I will pay you all well for the day. I need help from 3 pm - 8 pm. No bartending.
