SEEKING WITNESS TO DOG FIGHT INCIDENT, OFFERING $5,000 REWARD!!

Hello all, I’m seeking the witnesses for an incident that occurred on the morning of February 5th 2020 at approximately 7:30am in Chula Vista. A witness stated to my Mother that the accusing lady, while walking her small dog was approached by my two dogs who had gotten’ out of our yard. Upon our dogs approaching her dog, she kicked both of our dogs which caused all three dogs to begin fighting and subsequently, the lady was scratched on her leg by one of the dogs during the fight which she had caused. I wasn’t there because I was pulling a shift at the firehouse and my Mom was just turning the corner in her van when one of the witnesses saw her looking for the dogs and asked her if she was looking for her dogs and continued to advise that “a lady just kicked them and then they started fighting.” My Mom was not able to obtain the witnesses’ contact info who advised her of what she had observed so I’m hoping in fact that particular witness is able to be located on here. We are offering a reward of $5,000 for the witnesses testimony so as to squash the BS accusations that this lady is making especially since her kicking our dogs provoked the fight.
