She's a small-medium mixed breed from a litter that was born on the streets or perhaps abandoned on the streets after being born at a residence. We were only able to rescue one puppy and the mom because it costs us $100/pet for transport across the border. The mom is available to a dog-savvy adopter. She is pretty protective.
