Looking for Experienced Individuals for Residential and Commercial remodeling - all phases. Framing, Drywall, Painting, Kitchens, Basements, Bathrooms, Whole House Remodeling. Both large and small jobs. Any and all skills in these areas. We are a residential and commercial company located in Robinson Township, PA and have been in business for over 20 years. Most of our jobs are within and surrounding areas of Pittsburgh. Salary is based on experience. Must have reliable transportation and small tools. We are looking for full time people. Experience: General Labor: 1 year (Required) Construction: 1 year (Required) Interior/exterior painting: 1 year (required) License: Driver’s License Work Location: Pittsburgh and surrounding areas Typical shift days: -Monday-Friday Typical shift hours: -8am-4:30pm Pay Frequency: -Once a week with the first week held back. -Direct deposit. Job Duties: -Understanding customer requirements -Responding to change orders -Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (Osha) -Knowledge of woods and their uses and adaptability -Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry and painting. -knowledge of primers and paints. -Knowledge of mortars/thin sets.
