Experienced (full or partial) in all phases of building maintenance-interior & exterior (painting-flooring-plumbing-electrical-dry wall-ceramic & more).
Willing to service surrounding cities-LA & Orange County-but mostly 562 & 310 area codes (travel & gas reimbursed).
Truck (or some form of reliable transportation) mandatory. Must at least have necessary, basic tools.
Reliable-polite-professional-NON smoker—drug free.
Hourly rate $20-$30 (depending on skills). General helper OK but hourly rate adjusted if no skills.
References a plus.
